The Constitution Party continues to grow.  Former US Congressman, Virgil Goode, who served six terms representing the 5th District of Virginia from 1997 to 2009, has joined the Constitution Party and serves on the Executive Committee of the Constitution Party.  He might become the Constitution Party candidate for President of the USA for the 2012 election.

French Mackes continues to serve on the Executive Committee of the Constitution Party of Virginia.

During 2009, French Mackes was the Constitution Party candidate for the Virginia General Assembly, House of Delegates, District 85.
